I obtained 4 quotes for replacement of a radiant heating system boiler and a water heater. All gas. The employee (Matthew) from General was professional, knowledgeable and offered several helpful suggestions. The quote was not the lowest, but it was detailed, precise and emailed to my residence. I hired them to install a Navien NCB-240E combination boiler/demand hot water system. They arrived on time and completed the work in one day. They did their work cheerfully and quietly with as little disturbance to my home as possible. When they left, everything was cleaned away. I highly recommend the company.

I recently had AC installed at our home and was exceptionally pleased with the professional advice and service that I received from Huval. I would highly recommend General Heating as their customer is excellent. They are very receptive in ensuring that their customers needs are met. We live in a Strata and as we were first owners to install AC their were lots of rules and regulations to follow and forms to fill. This was all done by Huval from GH. The noise levels from our Diakon units are so low that even our neighbours commented that they could not hear it. General Heating specializes in AC’s so I will definitely give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very impressed with this company who I used for the first time to clean my fireplace. Excellent customer service on first contact and when my appointment had to be re-scheduled. Very professional technician who explained what may go wrong down the road but without a pushy sales approach. Just setting expectations. I tried using another company first which was completely the opposite experience (didn't show up) and knew I had to look elsewhere. I'm sure glad this was the second place I called. All expectations exceeded and they now have a happy and loyal customer moving forward for future fireplace tune-ups!
